I would like to be able to download, print, or share units

the way my classes are set up I find it easier to create units rather than daily/weekly/monthly lesson plans. I would like to be able to print my units so my principals can easily see them when they do their walkthroughs. This would also be helpful so I could download and keep them for following years or to share with other teachers.

I've been hoping for this feature for two years! Just choose your calendars and print a Unit Map to PDF, in color, showing units and subunits displayed on the screen. Since the text can't always fit in the display of a given unit or sub-unit, (because some units are too short to accommodate longer text labels), the unit map would be accompanied by a color-coded outline-form list of units and sub-units with their labels. This would be SO cool.

I too would like to be able to print/download a unit with all the lessons attached to it including all the cards with the lessons (standards, homework etc...)

Any updates on this in the last three years?

Daniel Christiansz: You can now print the outline and all the lessons in a unit by clicking "Print" on the Unit menu and selecting the right options. It's not everything we want it to be, but we're part way there.

Scott Ames-Messinger: What are the "right options"? I can only get it to print the title of the unit and the heading "Standards" (which I don't use and would like to be able to remove from the printout). No lessons show up.

S Cordingley: Hello!
Thanks for reaching out with a question! I'm wondering if you have some options chosen on the print menu that are accounting for your not-very-helpful print outs.
Is the "Only show certain cards?" on or off?
If it's on, you should be able to go in and write all the card titles you do want (comma separated) and remove the ones you don't (standards). I also wonder if you have the "print outline" on. That would account for no lessons.
Hope that helps!

Marika Ross: I've tried printing with both options toggled. Have never seen any lessons within the unit show up. The video in your help shows this working quite nicely, but it doesn't work in reality.

share individual units

Some collaborations with my colleagues are just about individual units. I would like there to be an easy way to send them to that unit in my plan book rather than giving them a series of google-maps style directions to find that unit.

I need to be a able to see each unit & it's full lesson details. We are block schedule & thing so not always line up. It is helpful to see the entire unit possibilities and be able to adjust lessons/activities
