I would love to have an Admin account where I can create planbooks for all of our grade levels/teams. It would be great if I could also copy over all of the days off for the year as well as our school's lesson plan template.

We have this! It's called Cc for Schools and it has a shared calendar and you can create and share planbooks with your team! Let us know if you'd like a demo!
