Multi-Day Lessons
Scott Ames-Messinger
That makes sense! How would that look on your screen? I'm assuming it wouldn't just look like the lesson was copied or would it? I'd love to hear more!

Scott Ames-Messinger: Hi Scott! Thanks for your prompt reply. I imagine it would merge the two days together or have one box that stretches over a couple of days, like the outline in red on the Week View in the image below.

Scott Ames-Messinger: I would love this option as well considering that specialists at our school teach the same lesson 6 days in a row. It would be helpful to be able to program the rotation so that it automatically merges them as one lesson for all 6 days (if day 1 doesn't go well, and changes need made they're literally having to copy and paste so many times to update the rest of the rotation). This platform just doesn't seem very friendly towards elementary specialists when they have to keep track of any changes they make to their plans as well as changing and altering rotation days (for holidays and snow days). It also really boggs down the unit outline when you have a semester long unit with maybe 5 total lessons, but there's 30 total individual "lessons." I would love to see an advanced configuration that meets the needs of these teachers.

Dylan Obenshain: that's incredibly helpful feedback! I can't say when we'll be able to make those changes, but I think you did a great job describing why we need to change those things if Cc is going to be more useful to specialists teachers

Scott Ames-Messinger: Perhaps it could just show the same lesson on each of the days and then show it as a band in the unit planner much like how a unit looks.

Cristina Conciatori: Ahh! That makes sense! Thanks for the suggestion!
