Print TIMES and NOTES

Please include times and notes to print. Currently, these do not show up in the file when we print a hard copy of our plans. It would also be very helpful to have the colors of each class print with the plans to separate each block apart.

I thought I was doing something wrong. All planning books I have had show their times on the print out. But, they didn't show up on this one. I thought that that couldn't be. But evidently it is. Separating the subjects and boxing them also doesn't happen.
